NSTA have come to our rescue again delivery quality tailored training with highly experienced trainers and a quick turnaround. Having recently acquired a new contract, NSTA offered us the support to identify which staff needed upskilling and developed a program incorporating First Aid refreshers, Customer Service and Active Shooter training. The NSTA team identified the skill needs across thirty of our staff, wrote individual training schedules and rolled out the program within a week. The staff raved about their training and the certificates were available within the next few days to meet the needs of our client.
